TERMS OF SERVICE:
Please review our service contract and indicate your acceptance in the space provided below. 1. This contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. 2. This constitutes an order for wedding photography and prints. It is understood that photographs taken by Memories by Mako may be used for advertising, display, competition and any other purposes thought proper. 3. Upon signature, Memories by Mako reserves the date agreed upon and will not make any other appointments for that time period. For this reason all retainers are non-refundable, even if the wedding is cancelled or the date changed for any reason. Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made within 90 days of wedding date are charged the full contract price regardless of reason. 4. Although extreme care will be taken with the photographs taken at the wedding, the photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to the return of all retainers made less expenses. Items marked as "INCLUDED" are promotional and have no cash value. Promotional items not used before the event date are forfeit. Return check charge, $30.00 per return. 5. It is understood that Memories by Mako is the official photographer for the wedding and does control photographs taken by others, professional or amateur. All other photography or photographers will be limited to before and after the wedding ceremony unless other wise agreed upon in advance. A critical photograph can be obstructed by a guest trying to get the shot. Memories by Mako reserves the right to limit access of other photographers, amateur or otherwise. 6. Wedding package prices include travel within 40 miles of Tallahassee, FL. Additional miles will be charged at $1.00 per mile. A retainer is due with the signing and return of this contract. The balance will be due within one week of wedding date. The selected album and photographs are included in this package. Additional photographs and albums may be purchased previous to or after the wedding. The wedding package consists of all photographs of the pre-wedding, wedding ceremony, post wedding, reception, and all traditional events. We do not limit the amount of photographs taken as each event is different. Wedding ceremony photographs are arranged in an album. All printed photographs go into the album. All images not printed will remain online at http://www.memoriesbymako.com. Photographs printed to go into the album are selected by the client. Assistance will be provided as needed. 7. MODEL RELEASE: The contracting party grants Memories by Mako the unrestricted right to copyright, use and publish photographs of the contracting party and all guests, for commercial, promotional, competition or other purposes without compensation or liability to the contracting party. 8. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is illegal to copy or reproduce the photographs, digital files or any CD without the Photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Your date will be locked in for seven (7) days from the receipt of the email. We must receive your retainer by mail within one week of submitting this contract form by e-mail.
