Wedding Photography Pricing Schedule

All weddings are photographed with Canon professional digital cameras.
We are equipped with backups of each piece of equipment to ensure the successful capture of one of the most important events of your life.

Weddings start at $2800. Please call or email to arrange an appointment
to discuss your individual needs.

You can choose your coverage in either color or black and white, or a
combination of both and include the following:

Emerald Package - $2800

• Up to 8 hours of continuous wedding day coverage
• Choice of TWO OPTIONS (or album equivalent)

Diamond Package - $3800

• Up to 12 hours of continuous wedding day coverage
  (Add $1,000 for each additional 12 hour day for weekend coverage)
• Choice of FOUR OPTIONS (or album equivalent)

OPTIONS:

• Bridal Portrait Session
• Engagement Portrait Session
• One hour of rehearsal OR rehearsal dinner coverage
• One additional hour of wedding day coverage
• Two extra copies of your DVD slideshow
• Four extra copies of your PDF image catalog proof CD
• One 8x10 spiral bound proof magazine with 12 images per page
• Print Package of: 2-11x14s, 4-8x10s, 4-5x7s, 4-4x6s, 24 wallets
• For TWO options or $400 (per day): Complete set of 4x6 proofs

• Small Zook Box with 12 4x6 prints

Albums worth TWO OPTIONS (or $400)

• Medium Zook Box with 12 5x7 prints and cover cameo image
• 8x8 Zookbinders 6 page, 12 side matted or flush mount album

Albums worth THREE OPTIONS (or $600)

• Large Zook Box with 18 8x10 prints, cover cameo and embossing
• 8x12 Zookbinders 12 page, 24 side matted or flush mount album
• 10x10 Zookbinders 12 page, 24 side matted or flush mount album

Albums worth FOUR OPTIONS (or $800)

• 8x12 Zookbinders 18 page, 32 side matted album
• 10x10 Zookbinders 18 page, 32 side matted or flush mount album
• 10x15 Zookbinders 12 page, 24 side matted or flush mount album
• 12x12 Zookbinders 12 page, 24 side flush mount album

Additional Album Pages and Customization

** Additional pages not available for Zook Box.

• Zook Box (all box sizes):
  - Additional Display Easels: $25 each
  - Cover cameo image or embossing $75 each
• Zookbinders 6x6 albums:
  - 6 additional pages: $100 (maximum of 42 pages)
  - Cover cameo image or embossing $75 each
• Zookbinders 8x8 albums:
  - 6 additional pages: $150 (maximum of 42 pages)
  - Panorama pages: $75 each
  - Cover cameo image or embossing $75 each
• Zookbinders 8x12 and 10x10 albums:
  - 6 additional pages: $200 (maximum of 42 pages)
  - Panorama pages: $100 each
  - Cover cameo image or embossing $75 each
  - Slip Case: $150
• Zookbinders 10x15 and 12x12 albums:
  - 6 additional pages: $300 (maximum of 42 pages)
  - Panorama pages: $150 each
  - Cover cameo image or embossing $100 each
  - Slip Case: $200

Extras

• Overtime is available at an additional charge of $100 per half hour
• Digital retouching is available at an additional $60 per hour
• Additional copies of proof CDs are available for $50 each
• Additional copies of DVD slideshows are available for $100 each
• Each option is worth $200, and can be purchased a la carte or used as an album customization credit (additional pages, panoramas, etc.)
• Proof box is $400 (per day for weekend coverage)

Timing and Delivery

• Proofs online in 2-4 weeks after wedding date. During holiday seasons time is increased to 4-6 weeks.
• Proof CDs available 1-2 weeks after proofs are online.
• 4x6 proofs available 2-4 weeks after proofs are online.
• Albums available 4-8 weeks after album order date.
• DVD available 4-8 weeks after you have chosen the images
  you would like used for the DVD.
• Prints shipped 2-3 weeks after the order is received.

If going to a location that requires special permission, or a fee to photograph, the client is responsible for obtaining permission or paying the fee for that location.

Please note, all prices subject to 7.5% sales tax.

Returned check fee is $30.00.
